    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- e2e Golf Solutions
 (www.e2egolf.com) today announced it has signed a letter of intent to purchase
 Netcaddy.com, a leading Internet tee time and service provider to the golf
 industry.  This acquisition will enhance e2e Golf's suite of easy-to-use
 software and Internet services, designed to help golf professionals and course
 operators increase profits and more efficiently manage their facilities.
     In addition to immediate distribution access to 80 golf courses,
 Netcaddy.com brings proven golf course technology, software development and
 sales resources to e2e Golf.  Netcaddy.com's products include a web site
 publishing tool, enabling easy web site customization for the golf course and
 instant member communications.  The product also includes an Internet
 synchronization application that facilitates real-time updates for the golf
 pro's tee sheet activities.
