Stephen Kensinger Appointed to Head New Office

    WASHINGTON, April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- The fast-
 growing Bethesda, Md. based EagleBank recently announced the opening of their
 first branch bank in Washington, D.C., located at 20th and K Streets, NW in
 the heart of Washington's Downtown area. EagleBank named Stephen Kensinger
 manager of the branch bank, which is scheduled to open the week of May 21st.

 many years," said Mr. Kensinger, who will hold the position of Vice President

     Mr. Kensinger brings nearly 20 years banking experience in the Washington
 area to his position at EagleBank. He was most recently a Vice President with
 Columbia Bank at their Capitol Heights, Md. office. He began his career with
 Riggs Bank in Washington, rising to the position of Vice President and
 Relationship Manager.
