'Move of the Month' Recognizes Top Women Golfers and

Century 21(R) Affiliates in Support of National Charity

 Corporation and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) have joined
 forces to recognize the accomplishments of LPGA players and CENTURY 21(R)
 franchisees while helping those served by Easter Seals.
     Sponsored by the CENTURY 21(R) Fine Homes & Estates(SM) division, the new
 "Move of the Month" program awards $5,000 to the LPGA player who makes the
 biggest move each month of the LPGA season in player rankings and tournament
 earnings. Monthly honorees will also be recognized nationally on ESPN
 broadcasts of LPGA tournaments. At season's end, the LPGA player with the
 single most significant "Move of the Month" during the tour season will
 receive an additional $20,000 award.
     The Official Luxury Real Estate Organization of the LPGA, CENTURY 21 Fine
 Homes & Estates will also recognize the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates office
 with the largest increase in luxury home sales each month. In addition, a
 donation of $2,500 will be presented in that office's name to a local chapter
 of Easter Seals, a national charity supported by CENTURY 21.
     The CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates office with the best month in luxury
 homes sales during the LPGA season will have an additional $10,000 donated to
 Easter Seals on their behalf.
     Move of the Month begins in April and ends in November 2001.
