EFJohnson Wins $2.0 Million System Integration Contract at Chester County

    LINCOLN, Neb., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Transcrypt International, Inc.
 (OTC Bulletin Board:   TRII) announced that its EFJohnson Company subsidiary has
 been awarded a system integration contract at Chester County, Pennsylvania.
 The acquisition of additional channels enabled the project to move ahead.  The
 contract involves the integration of all 19 county-wide EFJohnson Multi-Net(R)
 and trunked system sites into one single, seamless communication system,
 serving the population of over 400,000 people in Chester County.  The entire
 contract is valued at approximately $2.0 million.
