 Ray Tacoma has joined the company as vice president of sales. Tacoma has
 achieved tremendous success in sales management positions at a number of
 companies including Digital Equipment Corporation, Tandem Computer Systems,
 Sequent Computer Systems, nCUBE/Oracle, and most recently MicroStrategy. As
 eGrail's vice president of sales, Tacoma is tasked with building a world-class
 enterprise software sales team and developing the strategy to drive triple-
 digit software license growth. He will report directly to Joseph Payne,
