 Communications, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has formally changed its
 name from Direction Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:   DRCG) to Empyrean
 Communications, Inc. ("Empyrean") and will now trade on the OTC Bulletin Board
 under the symbol "EPYN."  The new CUSIP number is 29245C 10 7.
     Empyrean is especially pleased to announce that it is blazing a
 technological trail that is singular in the entire Western Hemisphere. It is
 forming Basalt Fiber Company as a new division which is being set up to
 manufacture, brand or co-brand and market Empyrean Fiber Optic Cable, Basalt
 Continuous Fiber, Woven and Non-woven Fabrics and other Fiber-related
 products. No other company in North, Central or South America is currently
 manufacturing such basalt products.
     Basalt Fiber is superior to other modern fiber materials due to its
 exceptional technical properties such as:

     * wide application temperature range - from -2600 degrees C to
