 Bioscience, Inc. (OTC Bulleting Board: EMDG) announced the expanded
 distribution of its infectious disease prevention products with purchase
 orders from Remo Drug Corporation, Kinney Drugs, Lewis Drug and Harmon Stores,
 Inc.

     Remo Drug Corporation, a full line pharmacy distributor serving over 500
 stores in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area, will carry
 Empyrean's Preventx(R) branded hand sanitizer and first-aid antiseptic lotion
 and antibacterial towelette products.  Shipments were made in late March and
 consumers should soon find the products in their favorite local pharmacy in
 the tri-state area.
     Kinney Drugs operates 55 stores in New York and Vermont and will carry
 Empyrean's Coleman(R) branded 20-count canister-pak antibacterial towelettes.
 Shipments were made in early April and consumers should soon find the products
 on Kinney Drugs shelves.
     Lewis Drug operates 19 stores in South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota and will
 carry Empyrean's Preventx(R) branded hand sanitizer and first-aid antiseptic
 lotion and antibacterial towelette products.  With shipments scheduled for
 mid-May, consumers should find the products on Lewis Drug shelves as soon as
 early June.
     Harmon Stores operates 55 Harmon Discount stores in Connecticut, New
 Jersey and New York that specialize in cosmetics and health and beauty care
 products. Shipments of Empyrean's Coleman(R) branded 18-count individually
 wrapped antibacterial towelette displays are scheduled for early May and
 consumers should find the displays in Harmon Discount stores by mid to late
 May.
     Empyrean has a licensing agreement with The Coleman Company, Inc. enabling
