 Orlando, Florida, confirmed today that it continues to actively seek potential
 acquisition candidates.  The Company's strategy for the future is to acquire
 new business operations or merge (through direct, indirect, reverse, or other
 form of merger) with an entity that has ongoing business operations.
     The Company has retained a financial consultant to prepare a business plan
 and to assist in finding an appropriate company for an acquisition.  The
 Company is also in contact with several acquisition candidates currently.
