 today that they have entered into a three-year agreement to provide handheld
 prescribing and drug resource products to office-based physicians.  The focus
 of the collaboration is to provide physicians with ePhysician point-of-care
 electronic prescribing and clinical content products to generate improvements
 in patient safety and overall practice efficiencies.  ePhysician and
 AstraZeneca plan to roll out the combined offering in June of this year.
     AstraZeneca will use ePhysician products to provide more efficient
 interaction between physicians and its pharmaceutical sales professionals by
 offering disease specific and pharmaceutical product information to physicians
 at the point of patient care and by providing a two-way messaging capability
 between AstraZeneca and the physician.
