EDGEWORTH, Pa., Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Esmark Inc., Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Bouchard will welcome invited guests including federal, state and local officials to the formal groundbreaking for Esmark's new global headquarters building in Edgeworth, PA, at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 27.
Since its initial founding in 2003, Esmark has strategically planned and established an array of operating companies, directed from its Sewickley, PA, based headquarters. Esmark, currently with revenues in excess of $400 million and 450 employees, provides a number of strategic and innovative products and specialized services in the areas of Steel, Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Aviation, Business Services and Realty.
A large number of Esmark's employees are located in three geographic areas including Meadville, PA, Cleveland, OH and Chicago, IL.
An estimated 25 Esmark employees will reside in the new Esmark Center with the remaining office space available for additional tenants.
Construction of the Class A, state-of-the-art $9 million building should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2012. This will include a three-story, 39,000-square foot structure with underground parking and rooftop patio amenities.
