 video compression and other enabling technologies, is pleased to announce that
 Dr. Amit K. Roy-Chowdhury has signed on as Chief Consulting Scientist. Dr.
 Roy-Chowdhury will lead initiatives to advance the development of
 EuclidVision(TM), which is working to become the leading video compression
 technology for consumer and commercial applications.
     Dr. Roy-Chowdhury brings an impressive mix of academic and professional
 experience to Euclid Discoveries.  In addition to working with Euclid, Dr.
 Roy-Chowdhury also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Electrical
 Engineering Department of University of California, Riverside. Dr.
 Roy-Chowdhury's work includes the advancement of technology applications in
 computer vision, video analysis, image processing, pattern recognition and
 statistical signal processing.
