 that Chairman, President and CEO, George Q Horowitz, appeared on the Madison
 Square Garden channel's Sports Business Report last night. The segment will
 air again on April 9th at 7:00 p.m., April 17th at 11:00 p.m., April 21st at
 8:00 p.m., April 24th at 11:00 p.m. and on April 28th at 10:00 p.m.  The
 segment will also be aired on the New England Sports Network on April 7th at
 4:30 p.m., April 15th at 12:30 p.m. and on April 30th at 4:30 p.m. (all times
 are Eastern Daylight Time).
     The fifteen-minute segment provided an overview of the Everlast company
 with a recap of its history, management's plans for the future, and its
 marketing and merchandising strategies. Mr. Horowitz also spoke about
