EVTN Invited to Present Major Advances in their Voraxial(R) Separator Performance, at the Produced Water Society's 20th Annual Seminar

Dec 08, 2009, 08:01 ET from Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: EVTN) announced today that it has been invited to be a guest speaker at the 20th Annual Produced Water Society Seminar, scheduled for January 14-16, 2010, in Houston, Texas. EVTN is invited to present a paper discussing the enhanced performance data for the Voraxial® Separator, resulting from significant engineering developments, and the exceptional results from its offshore project with Repsol.

The offshore project demonstrates the separation efficiency of the Voraxial Separator as well as its structural integrity as the unit needed to meet stringent offshore specifications. Other characteristics of the Voraxial will also be discussed, such as ease of installation and operation and the reduction of operating expenses, which includes energy and space savings.

John DiBella, Vice President of Business Development states: "The separation performance and benefits of the Voraxial can help operators achieve quality separation and in the process reduce their operating costs. The increasing volume of produced water is a significant issue facing the oil industry. The ability to separate a high flow with a small footprint and without a pressure drop is extremely valuable to the operators."

The Voraxial® Separator provides a cost effective method to efficiently separate large volumes of solids and liquids with different specific gravities. Without creating a pressure loss, the Voraxial® provides for quality separation while decreasing the amount of space, energy and weight to conduct the separation - all of which are precious commodities, especially on offshore platforms. EVTN's latest generation Voraxial® Separators now offer an impressive 300% increase in separation G forces.

Along with EVTN, other selected presenters will include: Chevron, the EPA, Saudi Aramco, Argon National Labs and 2 Universities. The US Dept. of Energy estimates more than 55 billion barrels of Produced Water resulting from Oil Production (water combined with oil, solids and other contaminates), is generated each year; creating one of the many, multi-billion dollar, global market sectors in which EVTN's separation technology has potential to play an important role.

ABOUT EVTN: Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB "EVTN") www.EVTN.com is the Fort Lauderdale, Florida based developer and manufacturer of the Voraxial® Separator, arguably the world's most efficient, high volume fluid and fluid/solid separation technology. The separation market encompasses a series of multi-billion dollar segments, spread globally across many industries and applications. As the developer of this dramatically superior, extensively patented separation technology, the economic implications for EVTN should be significant. EVTN's Voraxial® separation systems have completed projects with many of the world's top industrial companies, including ConocoPhillips, Cameco, Repsol, US Navy and Transocean. EVTN was originally founded as a high precision aerospace manufacturer that built the gyro platforms for the Hubble space telescope as well as missile and satellite components. EVTN re-invested its profits along with equity investors (that include two European Intuitions) toward the development of the Voraxial® Separator. The Voraxial® is now successfully commercialized and is the exclusive focus of EVTN's business. EVTN owns significant IP surrounding the Voraxial® and has new innovations under development to enhance its potentially market dominant technology.
