Exactech Announces Brazilian Distributorship; Launches Orthopaedic Products in Rio de Janeiro

    GAINESVILLE, Fla., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Exactech, Inc. (Nasdaq:   EXAC)
 announced today a new Brazilian distribution agreement with Tellus Ltda based
 in Sao Paulo. The announcement was made at the 9th Annual Brazilian Knee
 Surgery Congress in conjunction with the 10th Annual Arthroscopy Congress in
 Rio de Janeiro. The international orthopaedic meeting was attended by 1,500
 surgeons.

 strong presence and an excellent reputation in the orthopaedic community in
