Faithful+Gould Joint Venture Awarded Another IO&T Project In West Point, New York

DALLAS, Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Americas-based leading project management consultancy, Faithful+Gould (, as part of the BTF Solutions joint venture, has been awarded an $11.5-million task order contract at the Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, New York.


The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, has awarded BTF Solutions, a joint venture between Faithful+Gould and Balfour Resource Group, this contract to conduct initial outfitting and transition of personnel and equipment into the new 52,000-square-foot addition at Keller Army Community Hospital. This addition will house optometry, ophthalmology, physical therapy and orthopedics clinics, and provide TRICARE office space.

The contract was awarded through the Army Corps of Engineers in Huntsville and includes full project management services including medical and non-medical equipment planning, furniture and equipment purchasing, transition planning and relocation, installation, testing, training, warehousing, and final turnover and close-out.

BTF Solutions is currently providing initial outfitting and transition services under this multiple award task order contract at Health and Dental Clinic, Camp Zama, Japan, and USAMRIID, Ft. Detrick, Maryland.
