    NEW YORK, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Uncommon Media Group, inc.
 (OTC Bulletin Board:   UMDA), leaders in "cross-over" media, have signed a
 production deal between one of UMGi's allied partners, Feldmann Media Group
 and Lucent Technologies, it was announced today by Lawrence Gallo, Uncommon
 Media Group chief executive officer.
     Feldmann Media Group has been retained to produce a high-quality image
 film to introduce Lucent's new Competence Center facility in the German city
 of Nuremberg.
