CHICAGO, March 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial empowerment is one of the most valuable tools consumers can have at their disposal, yet there are many who do not have access to the information they need in order to understand and protect their financial well-being.

Now through April 12, Fifth Third eBus will make numerous stops across Illinois, including Lake County, Kankakee and Rockford; in Indiana the bus will make appearances in South Bend, Elkhart, Gary and Michigan City.

In the spirit of offering a holistic approach to providing access, Fifth Third has partnered with numerous local non-profit and government agencies who will join the bus at various stops  including New Beginnings Church, City Colleges of Chicago, La Casa, the Gary Housing Authority, City of Gary, Focal Points, Northwest Indiana Community Action Group, Veteran's Administration, Michigan City Housing Authority, Freeport Housing Authority, REAL Services, Mobile Dentists, Catholic Charities, Mano A Mano Family Resource Center, GreenPath, Family Credit Management, the Northern Illinois Food Bank South Bend Heritage Foundation, Robinson Community Learning Center, Habitat for Humanity, Bridges out of Poverty, Center for the Homeless, Hannah's House and Hope Ministries.
