 latest move in a string of high-profile additions to the company's leadership
 team, Onyx Software Corp. (Nasdaq:   ONXS), has bolstered the strengths of its
 executive management team with the appointment of financial services industry
 veteran Terri Dial to the company's board of directors.
     Dial, who recently retired as group executive vice president of Wells
 Fargo & Co. and chairman and chief executive officer of Wells Fargo's
 California bank, brings nearly 30 years of experience in creating business
 success across the range of disciplines in consumer, small business and
 wholesale banking.  In her new role with Onyx, Dial will assist Onyx in the
 fiercely contested customer relationship management (CRM) software market.
