JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida East Coast Railway (FECR) is pleased to announce the execution and implementation of new amendment to our Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) with our FECR Train and Engine/Yardmaster employees. These employees are represented by the Sheet Metal Air Rail Transportation (SMART) organization. The CBA's were amended on June 18, 2015 and compensation as outlined in the agreements was received on July 30, 2015.
