    NEWBURYPORT, Mass., April 17 /PRNewswire/ --FluidSense Corporation today
 announced the appointment of Diane Munson to the position of President and
 Chief Executive Officer.  Ms. Munson replaces Jeffrey Carlisle, the founder of
 FluidSense, who will assume the position of Chief Strategic Officer.  Munson
 will report directly to the Board of Directors of FluidSense.  In her new
 role, Munson will lead the development of the Company as it evolves its vision
 of improving the   infusion-therapy process for healthcare providers around
 the world.
     Munson brings to FluidSense more than twenty years of strategic management
 experience in top healthcare companies including Baxter and Caremark
 International.  During her fourteen years at Baxter, Munson held a variety of
 positions, including President, General Healthcare Division where she
 developed and implemented alternate site sales and distribution strategies for
 the physician office, long-term care, homecare and veterinary markets.  She
 led the division to over $120 million in sales.  Prior to that, Munson served
 as President/General Manager of Baxter's Alternate Care Division.
     Following her experience at Baxter, Munson was the Corporate Vice
 President, Physicians Services at Caremark International, a $3.2 billion
 provider of healthcare services, formed as a spin-off of Baxter in 1992.
 While at Caremark, Munson was responsible for their physician practice
 management business which represented $1 billion in revenue, with over 15,000
 employees.
     Most recently, Munson was the Senior Vice President Healthcare Services at
 Inlight, Inc., an e-health company which focused on prescriptive patient
 education and healthcare resource management, delivering interactive
 personalized program in hospitals, physicians' offices, and on the Internet.
     Ms. Munson began her career as a registered nurse working in both adult
 and children's hospitals in Chicago.  She held a variety of supervisory
 positions in staff and specialty nursing.
