 unit has been selected to serve as the primary equipment, tool and
 site-service provider for Williams Group International, company officials
 reported today.
     Williams Group is a major construction contractor in the eastern United
 States that handles approximately $450 million in projects per year.
 Specializing in construction and maintenance work for the power, petrochemical
 and paper industries, the Williams Group averages between 30 and 40 projects
 operational at any time.
     Running for a renewable term of five years, the contract will provide
 AMECO with a significant backlog of work over the next five years including
 equipment, tools and related construction services.
