 FuelNation Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:   FLNT) announced today the appointment of
 James L. Wilson to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Board of
 Directors and the election of William C. Schlecht to the Board of Directors.
 The appointments, announced by Chris Salmonson, FuelNation's President and
 Chief Executive Officer, are effective immediately.
     Wilson was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Security Bank
 Corporation, a commercial bank located in Hollywood, Florida.  Previously, he
 was Executive Vice President and the Senior Lending Officer for Boca Bankorp.
 He also held management positions at Bayshore Investments, Southeast Bank and
 Royal Trust Bank.
     Schlecht is the current General Manager and a principal in Summit Body and
 Equipment, a company that specializes in the manufacture of custom and high-
 volume van bodies and specialty trailers.  He formerly held a management
 position for Wabash National Northwest, which specializes in semi trailer
 sales, repair and custom manufacture of specialty over the road vehicles.
