 establishment of The Giaquinta Group, a consulting firm specializing in

 public relations firms, Giaquinta will combine his broad industry experience

 years of experience in the development of advertising, marketing and corporate

 Benz and Eli Lilly.
     He most recently served as executive vice president, corporate
 communications for Sony Pictures Entertainment where he was responsible for
