 Internet Division of British Telecommunications Plc (BT).  Commencing in March
 2001, the project agreement with Asiacontent.com's Solutions division aims to
 enhance and accelerate Genie's regional roll out plans for both its web and
 wireless portals.
     As Genie's online content management vendor, Asiacontent.com will manage
 and execute content-related projects to leverage services available on the
 Genie portal, an integrated Mobile Internet service delivering personalized
 news and information via computer or mobile phone.  Asiacontent.com's
 Solutions division will support Genie's expansion plans in Asia Pacific by
 providing content in WAP and Short Message Service (SMS) format from several
