 an agreement with privately held American Internet Communications (AIC) that
 will permit both companies to increase their network traffic in growing Latin
 American markets.
     The agreement was made possible by GlobalNet's recently announced
 capability of seamlessly transporting voice-over-IP (VoIP) traffic across
 diverse networks through its proprietary technology.
