 leading provider of international voice, data and Internet services over a
 private, managed Internet Protocol (IP) network, today announced a new
 business relationship with Cisco Systems which will allow it to enhance its
 voice over IP (VoIP) capabilities and expand its network.
     Cisco will supply switches and hardware to augment GlobalNet's IP network
 with additional port capacity.  GlobalNet's recently developed, proprietary
 "interoperability" solution makes it possible for the Company's equipment to
 work seamlessly both internally and with other networks regardless of the type
 of switching and other equipment in use.  The enhanced capabilities resulting
 from the Cisco agreement will enable GlobalNet to reach a larger international
 customer segment with IP-based value-added services.
