Green Oasis Environmental (GRNO) Update on Mexican Negotiations

Apr 26, 2001, 01:00 ET from Green Oasis Environmental, Inc.

    CHARLESTON, S.C., April 26 /PR Newswire Interactive Release/ -- Green
Oasis Environmental, Inc. (GRNO), confirmed today American Energy Services,
Inc (OTC: AEYS), the Company's exclusive representative in Mexico, arranged a
site visit for officials of the Mexican Government and Mexico's state-run oil
company, Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) to the Company's headquarters on March
29th of this year to view the Company's proprietary EnviroEconomics (R) system
and discuss its application to the environmental needs of Mexico. PEMEX is
Mexico's state-run oil company and the fifth largest oil company in the world.
"PEMEX estimates that its facilities alone produce an estimated 2.5
million barrels of waste oil annually which cost millions to dispose of
properly," said Patrick S. Elliott, President of American Energy Services,
Inc. "The proprietary process of Green Oasis can eliminate the waste disposal
costs and recycle this hazardous waste into a profitable product with a value
conservatively estimated to be between $50 and $65 million dollars depending
upon the cost of oil. Mexico may need ten to thirty units during the next two
 years."
"Earlier, as was previously announced by American Energy Services, AEYS
arranged for an official visit to Mexico by the Company's management," stated
William D. Carraway, President of Green Oasis Environmental Inc.," where we
made a formal presentation to representatives of the Mexican government as
well as PEMEX. In addition, Green Oasis also participated in discussions about
the potential positive effects the Company's proprietary technology could have
on environmental waste oil management issues within the country of Mexico. The
March 29th site visit to the facilities of Green Oasis was a continuation of
our initial meeting in Mexico and part of their due diligence and ongoing
review processes toward identifying the optimium use of the Company's
proprietary technology in oil producing Mexico."
"Green Oasis Environmental is very pleased with its progress with regard
to its current ongoing discussions in Mexico, which are a direct result of
American Energy Services, Inc.'s efforts," stated Carraway. "GRNO signed an
exclusive marketing agreement with AEYS on January 4, 2001 to represent the
Company in Mexico and introduce its technology."
"Green Oasis Environmental Inc. and American Energy Services Inc. agreed
to form a strategic alliance with an exclusivity clause because there is much
synergy between our respective companies," said Carraway. "AEYS is an
experienced valve manufacturer whose products are marketed in over 31
countries. AEYS has a 20 year business history with PEMEX, and its knowledge
and business relationships within the region and staff in Mexico City are
invaluable. Since PEMEX is already quite familiar with AEYS' business and
products, Green Oasis gave AEYS the right of first refusal to provide all
pipe, valve and fitting requirements for each unit sold to Mexico. In
addition, AEYS has experience in working with EX-IM Bank on behalf of its
Mexican clients which complements our experience. Both companies are confident
that they are positioned to assist future clients in securing long term
financing for anticipated projects in Mexico."
"American Energy Services, Inc. is an excellent example of the type of
company which Green Oasis wishes to form strategic alliances," added Carraway.
"As has been previously announced, part of GOE's on going business plan of
marketing its proprietary technology globally is signing agency agreements
with companies already positioned to communicate the benefits of Green Oasis's
 technology to interested parties."
