     Under terms of the agreement, Atevo will offer special travel and
 destination content programs for GRS agency subscribers.  The content will
 reside on GRS' Travel Resource Center as a reference tool for the agent.  It
 will also be available on a subscriber's own Web site or an agency site hosted
 by GRS.
