 of the world's largest real estate services firms, today announced that it has
 been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Cambridge Court Phases I &
 II in Auburn Hills, MI.
     Cambridge Court Phase I, 2601 University Drive, is a 110,000-square-foot
 building with 24,000 square feet vacant.  Completed in 2000, 2701 University
 Drive is Phase II, a 175,000-square-foot building with 102,000 square feet of
 vacant space.  Both buildings can provide all the vacant space on an immediate
 basis.
     Located at I-75 and University Drive, Cambridge Court is developed by
 University Development Co., a Frankel family company, and consists of two
 Class A office towers in Auburn Hills.  2601 University houses major tenant
 Champion Enterprises, and 2701 houses major tenant Plante & Moran LLP.
     Grubb & Ellis' team will be directed by Mike Gerard, Executive Vice
 President and Managing Director-Detroit, and led by Jeff Bell, Senior Vice
 President, and Dan Politi and Matt Farrell of the Office Division.
