H-Quotient, Inc., Announces Temporary Symbol Change

Apr 30, 2001, 01:00 ET from H-Quotient, Inc.

    VIENNA, Va., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- H-Quotient, Inc.,
(OTC Bulletin Board: HQNT) (OTC Bulletin Board: HQNTE) announced a temporary
symbol change to HQNTE. It will revert to HQNT when the year-end audit is
 released.
H-Quotient CEO and President Douglas Cohn said, "In the fall of 1999 the
company had a net worth (book value) of negative $4 million. Today, it has a
positive net worth in excess of $5 million, providing the company with the
ability to move to the next level of sales and production. Such a dramatic
turnaround naturally prompted substantial audit work. Even so, the audit will
 be completed shortly."
This announcement may contain, in addition to historical information,
certain forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. Such
statements reflect management's current views and are based on certain
assumptions. Actual results could differ materially from the assumptions
 currently anticipated.
