Haley Names Mark Juliano as Chief Executive Officer

Technology Leader Poised for Entering Growth Phase of Business Rules

    PITTSBURGH, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The Haley Enterprise, Inc., the
 technology leader in rules-based business process management, today announced
 that Mark Juliano has been named its new Chief Executive Officer and member of
 the Board of Directors. Mr. Juliano will assume overall responsibility for
 Haley's business with a strong emphasis on driving significant domestic and
 international sales expansion. Mr. Juliano will work alongside Haley's
 founder, Paul Haley, who will continue with the firm as Chief Technology
 Officer, Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors.

     Prior to joining Haley, Mr. Juliano has held a variety of executive,
 marketing and sales management positions with successful technology ventures.
 He was a founder, President and CEO of MediaSite, a pioneer in Internet video
 search engines, where he raised significant venture capital and private equity
 financing. Prior to MediaSite, Mr. Juliano was Vice-Chairman and Vice
 President of Marketing with Avidia Corporation helping raise venture capital
 and driving the company toward a successful acquisition.  Prior to Avidia, Mr.
 Juliano was the original Vice President of Marketing at FORE Systems where he
 was instrumental in growing FORE's business from initial product introduction
 to a company with revenues in excess of $200 million. Mr. Juliano was
 responsible for developing and managing all aspects of product management,
 product marketing and marketing communications. During his tenure there, FORE
 completed a highly successful initial public offering (IPO) and in 1994 was
 the fourth fastest growing company in the United States according to Business
 Week magazine. Mr. Juliano has also held various marketing and sales
 management positions with technology companies in Silicon Valley and
 Washington D.C.  Mr. Juliano is also an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon
