    NEW YORK, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- HanoverTrade.com, the nation's premier,
real-time trading exchange for mortgage assets, announced today that it would
launch Asset OnSite at the upcoming MBA's National Secondary Market Conference
in Orlando, Florida. Asset OnSite is a real-time, web-based data analysis
system for assets. HanoverTrade.com members will be able to view standardized
stratification reports or create their own reports using customized criteria.
In addition, assets can be reviewed from pool level down to loan level detail.
The system allows for instant viewing of loan documents and due diligence
results to the extent made available by the seller. This unique
stratification tool can be used globally by potential purchasers to facilitate
an asset sale, or individually by asset managers to manage and control their
 risks.
"As the premier exchange for pools of whole loans, the addition of Asset
OnSite to our suite of services provides our clients even greater efficiencies
in trading loans," said Irma Tavares, President of HanoverTrade.com. "We are
very excited about the benefits Asset OnSite brings to our clients. Because
the system is web-based, clients can analyze loan packages online in
real-time. For instance, as a buyer, a client will be able to view loan
packages using standardized reports, or create their own reports. As a
seller, the client can use this tool to manage its portfolio and control its
 risks," Ms. Tavares added.
Asset OnSite will also be offered by HanoverTrade.com's affiliate, Hanover
Capital Partners Ltd., as a due diligence tool. Clients will have the ability
to view imaged documents and review due diligence results on a daily basis
while due diligence is being performed. Joyce Mizerak, President of Hanover
Capital Partners, stated, "We are extremely pleased to introduce Asset OnSite
to our due diligence clients. It will allow our clients to instantly view the
results of our work, allowing them real-time access to their portfolios under
 review."
