 HealthAmerica and HealthAssurance Central Pennsylvania medical director, was
 recently appointed editor-in-chief for the official journal of the American
 Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians.
     The American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians
 is the only entity that certifies healthcare professionals by the stringent
 standards of the National Board of Medical Examiners.  The board has certified
 more than 8,000 healthcare professionals since 1977.  The first issue of the
 journal, which has a pre-publication circulation of 5,000, is due to be
 published in the winter of 2001.
     Trautlein has been a HealthAmerica and HealthAssurance medical director
 for the past seven years.  He is board certified in internal medicine, allergy
 and immunology, and quality assurance and utilization. After receiving his
 medical degree from New York Medical College, Trautlein completed his
 residency at Case Western Reserve, were he was chief resident.
