WASHINGTON, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hispanic Vote has partnered with Turbo Vote to register, educate and engage young voters, during the Alexandria Chirilagua Festival. On July 29, 2012 Hispanic Vote will join volunteers, civic groups, and other organizations from around the commonwealth of Virginia. The festival will also feature children's activities, a community service and health fair, and displays showcasing traditional art and crafts from South America, Bolivia, Peru and Central America.
