NEW YORK, April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- Ibex
Construction is pleased to announce the completion and Grand Opening of the
new 30,000 square foot H&M Clothing Store on the lower level of Sunrise Mall
 in Massapequa, Long Island.
"This is the type of project that Ibex people were trained for: Hi-end
finishes, exacting detail and a very aggressive schedule," said Andy Frankl,
President and founder of Ibex Construction. "We are usually given projects
with the most difficult situations and we succeed beyond our client's highest
 expectations."
H&M was founded in Sweden in 1947, and has grown to over 600 stores in
14 countries. H&M has a wide range of products allowing customers to choose
from the trendy to the modern classics.
In addition to Ibex Construction, the owner, Sunrise Mall Associates,
Joshua Muss, the principal, hired the project team of Walter Associates, as
the owner's consultant, Shapiro Petrauskas Gelber Architects, and DLB
 Associates Consulting Engineers.
In keeping with the decor of their other Stores, the interior finishes at
the new H&M at Sunrise Mall are typical of the clean modern look that has
become an integral part of their trademark: marble and wood floors for the
aisles and selling areas respectively; sheer clean walls that rise to white
ceilings accented by neon-lit soffitts; sleek dressing rooms with
motion-sensitive lighting to allow the shopper to view themselves in the
 adjustable wrap-around mirrors.
"A project like this helps in our effort to bring our Dedication to
Excellence into light," states Mr. Frankl. Mr. Frankl further states, "Our
Company is built upon a firm foundation of a strong work ethic,
responsiveness, trust and good communication. We draw upon these values to
build strong relationships and repeat business clients, such as H&M Clothing."
Ibex Construction was just awarded another H&M Clothing Store in Boston, MA.
Headquartered in New York City, Ibex Construction provides exacting
attention to detail in construction management, general construction, program
