IFS International Appoints James Denney to Its Board of Directors

New Director to Assist With Investor Relations and Fiscal Improvement Efforts

 IFS International, Inc. (Nasdaq:   IFSH) today announced it has appointed Mr.
 James W. Denney to its Board of Directors.  Mr. Denney joined the IFS Board of
 Directors on April 2.
     Mr. Denney is the President of Mohawk Asset Management, Inc., an
 investment advisor firm located in Schenectady, N.Y.  He is also the President
 of Electric City Funds, Inc. and is the Portfolio Manager of the Electric City
 Value Fund.  In the past Mr. Denney served as the Mayor of the Village of
 Scotia, New York.
     As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Denney will assist IFS International
 Holdings with its pro-active shareholder relations and communications program.
 He will also be part of a team that continues to review and improve the
 capital structure and fiscal operations of the company.
