 (Amex:   IW, IW.WS) said today that chairman and chief executive officer, Jim
 Miller, will review the company's business and growth prospects at two
 upcoming investor conferences.  The first, the Fifth Annual Emerging Growth
 Institutional Investor Forum, sponsored by Sidoti & Company, LLC and the
 American Stock Exchange, will be held in New York City at 9:00 a.m. on April
 5, 2001.  Following that, on April 11, 2001, the company will present at the
 AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference in Monterey, California at 8:30 a.m.
