COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah, Aug. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Imagine Health, a leading innovator in the health care industry, today announced the hiring of Sophie Pinkard as Vice President of Analytics, where she will lead the company's data-driven approach to transforming health care.
Pinkard joins Imagine Health with an extensive background in health care analytics, including her most recent role as Senior Director of Strategic Analytics at Castlight Health. In her prior roles, Pinkard has led the development of analytics and reporting products and helped grow and manage analytics departments for a variety of health care companies. She holds an MBA from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science, with distinction, from Stanford in Management Science & Engineering.
At Imagine Health, Pinkard will be responsible for bringing thought leadership to the organization through a deep understanding of the current and future state of applied data and analytics, delivering reporting and insights to Imagine Health's customers. As a critical member of the executive team, she will focus on creating organizational efficiencies and standardized practices as Imagine Health continues to expand.
"I came to Imagine Health because I identify strongly with the mission of changing health care," Pinkard said. "I'm excited to be joining Imagine Health in a time of tremendous growth and opportunity, as we take a great product and scale it to the next level. Today, our health care system isn't working for employers, patients or providers and there is enormous potential for Imagine Health to transform how health care is delivered in the United States."
