    SAN MATEO, Calif., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- iManage, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMAN), a
 leading provider of Web-based content and collaboration software platforms and
 applications, today announced preliminary results for the quarter ending
 March 31, 2001, meeting analyst expectations. Total revenues are expected to
 be in the range of $8.55 to $8.7 million. The company's pro forma operating
 loss, excluding certain non-cash charges, is expected to be in the range of
 $0.11 - $0.13 per share. "While it is not our normal practice to report
 preliminary results, given current market conditions, we believe it is
 important for our shareholders, customers, partners, and employees to know
 what our first quarter financial results are expected to be," stated
 Mark Culhane, Chief Financial Officer for iManage. "The company will announce
 its actual results and provide more detailed financial guidance for future
