 chefs, recently announced an exclusive agreement with Chef Ming Tsai, star of
 the TV FoodNetwork's Emmy-winning show East Meets West with Ming Tsai.  The
 company recently launched in the New York metropolitan area in October 2000
 with its initial line of products: chef-designed, ready-to-cook dinner kits,
 which contain all of the ingredients needed for customers to recreate the
 signature dishes of famous chefs in their own kitchens in less than 30

     In addition to East Meets West, Ming also hosts a second prime-time TV
 FoodNetwork show, the newly introduced Ming's Quest.  His celebrated
 restaurant Blue Ginger, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, boasts three
 stars from the Boston Globe and was named Best New Restaurant by Boston
 Magazine.  In 1998, Ming also was named Esquire Magazine's Chef of the Year
 while Blue Ginger was given a James Beard nomination for Best New Restaurant.
 His love affair with food began when he was a child growing up at his parents'
 family-owned restaurant in Dayton, Ohio.  Although he holds a degree in
 Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, Ming's formal education in his
 chosen profession includes a stint at world-renown Cordon Bleu in Paris as
 well as a master's degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel

 menu item to be announced this summer.
