 first quarter ended March 31, 2001 on Thursday, April 26, 2001 after the
 market closes.
 
     Comments on Status of Proposed Merger With CGI Group Inc. ("CGI")
     IMRglobal and CGI Group, Inc. filed a joint filing (Form F4) with the SEC
 on Monday, April 2, 2001.  They expect to receive comments from the SEC in
 early May and to distribute the proxy statement to shareholders in the middle
 of May.  Thus, they expect the merger to be voted upon at a Shareholder
 meeting sometime in the middle of June, and upon approval by the Shareholders
 expect the merger to be completed shortly thereafter.
