In Store Media Systems Announces National Service Network For Coupon Bank System

    AURORA, Colo., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- In Store Media Systems, Inc.
 (OTC Bulletin Board:   ISMS) announced today that Acosta Sales and Marketing,
 Company, a national supplier of marketing services to consumer packaged goods
 manufacturers and supermarket retailers, has joined with ISMS to provide
 nationwide in-store service for ISMS' Coupon Bank(TM) electronic coupon
 clearing systems.
     The agreement between ISMS and Acosta specifies that Acosta shall act as
 ISMS' exclusive national sales and service agent to hire, train and supervise
 store service personnel who will clear coupons at each CBS location.  Acosta
 will also work with ISMS to develop other in-store applications for the Coupon
 Bank System ("CBS") technology.
     In addition, Acosta will assist ISMS to secure support for the Company's
 programs from manufacturers and supermarket retailers who are Acosta clients.
     Acosta Sales and Marketing is a 75-year old company that represents
 approximately $23 billion in retail sales.  Acosta is the leader in its field
 with 76,000 retail points of contact serviced by over 9,000 employees
