Indiana-Based Element Three Ranks In Inc. 5000 For Second Consecutive Year

INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Element Three, an Indianapolis-based marketing agency, ranks 1,151 on the 2015 Inc. 5000 – marking the agency's second consecutive year on the list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Last year, Element Three ranked 1,433 on the business magazine's annual listing.

"What an honor to be included in this prestigious list again. We've built an incredibly talented team. And, we have great clients that trust us – and empower us – to do awesome work," said President, Tiffany Sauder. "We have national B2C, local B2B and everything in between. But they all have one thing in common - they're committed to growth, and they're not afraid of taking a risk or two."

This year, the Inc. 5000 companies are ranked by the percentage growth of their annual revenue from 2011 through 2014. All 5,000 honoree companies are individually profiled on, while the top 500 are featured in the magazine's September issue. The magazine also ranks these fastest-growing companies by industry, metro area, revenue and number of employees.

"The story of this year's Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top," says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief, Eric Schurenberg. "You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don't achieve that kind of success by accident."

Element Three experienced three-year growth of 367% according to Inc. It grew from 7 to 40 employees over that span - with plans to hire more talent by year's end.

Part of Element Three's growth strategy has involved "specializing in attitude, not industry." The agency works with clients across diverse industries who have one thing in common: aggressive growth goals. A strategy that's paid off.

As Sauder herself confirms, "I'm thrilled with the growth we've experienced because we're helping our clients win in the marketplace. But we're not finished yet. I'm even more excited about the agency's future."

This Inc. honor is the latest accomplishment for Element Three, which recently earned a spot on the Indianapolis Business Journal's Fast 25 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the Indianapolis area for the second year in a row. In addition, the agency announced plans to nearly double the talent in the agency by 2024 thanks to a generous grant from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Element Three also earned a Silver National Addy Award in July for a disruptive direct mail piece.
