Industry Veterans Charlie Humphrey and Lisa Mackenzie to Head CRN Team

 the appointment of Charlie Humphrey to Vice President, Publishing Director of
 CRN and the promotion of Lisa Mackenzie to Publisher of CRN.

     In his new role, Humphrey will be responsible for working with CRN
 Editor-in-Chief Kelley Damore to formulate and implement strategic efforts for

     Mr. Humphrey, who joined CMP in 1994, has followed the channels of
 distribution for information technology products since 1988.  Prior to joining

 was Executive Editor of PC Week.  He also held executive management positions
