Keener is an information technology professional with more than 27 years of experience. Keener's previous position was with VeriSign Inc., where he served as vice president of development managing the design, development and support of a large scale wireless billing platform. Prior to joining VeriSign, Keener spent 17 years at Cincinnati Bell/CBIS/Convergys leading domestic and international development projects in the Telecom space.
