 outsourced logistics services to BestBuy.com(TM), Inc. a wholly owned

     IM-Logistics will manage warehousing and fulfillment services for the
 Internet retailer of consumer electronics and personal computers.
 IM-Logistics will provide inventory fulfillment designed to maximize
 BestBuy.com's customer satisfaction and optimize its operational
 infrastructure with Ingram Micro's world-class logistics services.

 plan and implement a highly efficient Web fulfillment program that can scale
 as customer volume increases.  IM-Logistics will seamlessly connect orders in
 real-time from BestBuy.com to Ingram Micro's inventory management systems,
 then direct them to one of its state-of-the-art distribution centers, which
 serve as hubs for BestBuy.com fulfillment.
