Innoventive Software To Partner Exclusively With CAMERON | PACE Group In Developing Software That Propels Adoption Of 5D Production

NAB SHOW, LAS VEGAS, April 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CAMERON | PACE Group – the worldwide leader in 3D production technology and services – and Innoventive Software, LLC – a leading film and video software development company with a long history in the filmmaking and creative writing fields – today announced that the two companies will co-develop an innovative new software approach that makes it possible to automatically generate accurate stereo 3D previsualization output and camera system settings from scenes developed natively in 2D.

CPG's solutions already constitute the most advanced systems available for use in the planning, shooting and post-production of feature films and this partnership will take these offerings yet another step forward by deeply integrating these systems into the preproduction stage.

Introduced by James Cameron and Vince Pace this week onstage at the 2012 NAB Show, 5D production is an emerging approach to filmmaking where one solution enables the output of both 2D and 3D content simultaneously.
