Innovex Announces Executive Appointment to Head Alliance Management Group

 evolving contract pharmaceutical sales and marketing services model, Innovex,
 the commercialization business unit of
 Quintiles Transnational Corp. (Nasdaq:   QTRN), has announced an executive
 appointment to head Innovex's newly formed Alliance Management Group.
     Clint Burrus, a 20-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, has been
 appointed to the position of senior vice president, Alliance Management.  In
 this role, Burrus and the team he is forming will provide a single point of
 contact for customers with whom Innovex has formed unique deal structures.
 These partnerships provide customers with commercial solutions that can
 include sales, recruiting, marketing, informatics, e-business and health
 management systems.
