 industry, announces the appointment of Sean O'Donovan as Vice President,
 Global Business Development.
     In his new position, Mr. O'Donovan will have responsibility for all
 business development and operations outside of North America including:
 distribution channel development, lead generation, sales, services and post
 sales support.
     Prior to joining InSystems, Sean was with Perle Systems Limited, a global
 manufacturer and distributor of high-end networking solutions. At Perle he
 held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, responsible for
 Perle's global channel marketing and product management activities.
 Previously, he held positions as European Sales Manager, General Manager Perle
 Systems France, and European Marketing Director. Before joining Perle in
 October 1989, he was the European Marketing Support Manager for EEMC, a
 worldwide distributor of IBM solutions.
     Sean began his career in Operations Management, working for a number of
 international deep sea shipping companies in the UK and holds a Bachelor of
 Arts in Psychology from the University of Hull in the UK.
