 today announced that it has received a notice from Nasdaq indicating that the
 Company has failed to comply with the MINIMUM BID PRICE requirements for
 continued listing set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4), and that its
 securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of
 business on April 25, 2001.
     The Company's securities will continue to be traded on the OTC bulletin
 board.
